Acquired January 2005

This three level shopping centre, which opened in 1992, dominates Sutton's retail environment. It provides the town with approximately 391,500 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation, including two department stores, 73 retail units and a six screen UCI multiplex cinema, attracting an average of 180,000 visitors a week.

New Look opened a 20,000 sq ft fashion retail store in January 2008 and Next followed suite with a new 21,000 sq ft store which opened in November 2008.

The property also includes a directly managed six level, 750 space, multi-storey car park, located adjacent to the cinema.
