A scheme to redevelop the existing site to provide a 20 storey residential tower and 7 storey mixed use commercial podium was approved by London Borough of Sutton in September 2009.

A revised scheme is with London Borough of Sutton to increase the site density, reduce the commercial uses and increase the residential area.
