A 471 bedroom Hotel scheme was approved by Westminster City Council in 2008.

A revised scheme to develop a 500 bedroom boutique Hotel within the existing Trocadero envelope is with Westminster City Council. In the meantime we have started strip out, services etc with completion by March 2012.
