The London Trocadero is a global landmark, comprising 600,000 sq ft of prime Central London real estate. The 2.7 acre site is bound by Shaftesbury Avenue, Coventry Street and Rupert Street in London’s Piccadilly.

We are developing the basement, ground and first floor areas to increase and improve the leisure offering and create a play area. The internal areas are to be re-furbished with new internal finishes, lighting and branding.
