Head of Property Accounting

The Property Accounting Department maintains the financial information which enables the Asset and Property Management teams to make informed financial decisions and thereby maximize the returns of the Criterion Capital portfolio. Accurate, detailed financial results in a timely manner is a core value.

Mary-Ann has a hands on role involving all facets of the Property Accounting functions, including overseeing daily and monthly accounting processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all of the Criterion Capital financial information.

Mary-Ann has seven years experience in the Property Industry and joined Criterion Capital after three years as a Director of Property Accounting for a leading global real estate service provider. Her experience includes working with International Banks, Private investors and small specialist property owners.
