Michael is responsible for development & construction of the real estate portfolio. He also acts as the company's liaison with local government, elected officials, and planning authorities.

Michael was formerly a Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis, working in its Building Consultancy's London West End office, with responsibility for European Project Management and Development.
