Michael is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities within the real estate portfolio. He also acts as the company's liaison with local government, elected officials, and planning authorities.

Michael was formerly a Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis, working in its Building Consultancy's London West End office, with responsibility for European Project Management and Development.
