Property Manager

Paul is a Property Manager within the Criterion Capital, part of a team responsible for direct management of the commercial real estate portfolio. He has twenty-five years working experience of commercial property. His experience is broad having worked initially in the retail agency sector, moving on through general commercial agency to property and asset management.

His experience includes management of UK private investment and development business and has acted for various clients including UK Government, Scottish Widows, Hammerson, Burford Holdings and a number of smaller funds and niche investors.
