As Capital Preservation is our primary objective, we adopt a low risk approach to the use of funding. The risk of adverse interest rate movement is hedged on 98% of all debt, and long term debt is matched to the long term nature of the principal assets, with most of our debt committed and hedged for a term exceeding 20 years.
