Our Portfolio includes some of the Capitals most recognisable landmarks, such as the London Trocadero, the London Pavilion and the Criterion Buildings in Piccadilly, the Burberry's Building in Knightsbridge, the YMCA in Tottenham Court Road and many other substantial London properties.

As Capital Preservation is our primary objective, we adopt a low risk approach to the use of funding. The risk of adverse interest rate movement is hedged on 98% of all debt, and long term debt is matched to the long term nature of the principal assets, with most of our debt committed and hedged for a term exceeding 20 years.
