Property Manager

Simon is responsible for all aspects of the management of the commercial real estate portfolio. Focused upon the efficient management of the assets so as to maximise income streams and enhance values, his team of surveyors, property managers, and accountancy staff provides invaluable support to the business.

Simon specialises in Shopping Centre Management having personally managed over 20 shopping centres throughout the UK for a variety of owners. Simon spent 11 years at Lee Baron as Head of Shopping Centre management (5 years as a Director) with spells at Cushman Wakefield and DTZ.

A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Simon also takes an active role in the BCSC's Shopping Centre and Asset Management Committee.
