Other Highlights:
Affordable Housing: A diverse mix of 564 units across the development, with low-cost rent and intermediate housing options.
Architectural Harmony: Tower levels will create a proportionate and harmonious skyline, in keeping with existing and planned sites in the area.
Sustainability: Optimised waste management and enhanced green spaces will promote energy efficiency and urban biodiversity.
Enhanced Amenities: Cycle storage across all towers and 1,455 sqm of commercial space will foster an active, community-focused environment.
Contextual Cohesion: The massing of the towers will ensure the congruity of the development, improving both the landscape and community wellbeing.
We look forward to embarking on this exciting development, which aligns with our ongoing commitment to building sustainable, inclusive communities.
