Criterion Capital is proud to continue its support as the Gold Sponsor for the 34th PROPS Awards – the UK property industry’s longest-standing and most prestigious awards event. Taking place on Thursday 14th May 2026 at the iconic JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, this landmark event brings together 900+ senior leaders from across the property and finance sectors for an afternoon of celebration, networking, and raising vital funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity.

Since its inception in 1992, The PROPS Awards have raised over £12.5 million to support disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK, providing essential equipment, opportunities, and hope for young people who need it most.

Halima Aziz, Head of Hotels at Criterion Hospitality, commented: “We are delighted to once again be Gold Sponsor for the PROPS Awards. This incredible event not only recognises excellence across the property industry but also makes a profound difference to children’s lives through the outstanding work of Variety. Beyond buildings, our commitment extends to creating opportunities, breaking down barriers, and supporting the communities in which we operate. Standing alongside our peers to celebrate, connect, and give back is an honour.”

Candice Sammeroff, Trustee at Variety and Chair of the PROPS Awards, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Criterion Capital back as Gold Sponsor for the 34th PROPS Awards.
