Criterion Capital secures debut UK site for global restaurant group
We are delighted to have secured the UK debut site for Azzurri Group and Dave’s Hot Chicken at our iconic Trocadero building in Piccadilly Circus.
. This highly coveted corner location, part of our prestigious West End portfolio, will serve as Dave’s Hot Chicken’s flagship restaurant and marks the beginning of Azzurri Group’s plan to open 60 locations across the UK and Ireland, with this first site launching in early 2025.
With millions of visitors flocking to the West End annually, this restaurant – located near Piccadilly Circus Station and Chinatown – will benefit from a robust tourism industry, ensuring strong commercial potential and long-term success.
