1 JERMYN ST, CRITERION BUILDING, PICCADILLY CIRCUS

The Criterion Building is unique, domineering and with a significant history showcasing the world renown Criterion Restaurant building. With its gleaming white walls, golden roof statues and dark, bronzed horse fountain (a popular backdrop for many selfies), 1 Jermyn Street – The Criterion Building, is one of the area’s most significant properties

After inheriting some struggling tenants and in a bid to help support them as best as we could, we took an opportunity to ‘temporarily let’ the vacant space to allow us to find new tenants that would refresh and rejuvenated this eye catcher.

Today, 1 Jermyn Street is home to The Criterion Theatre; the new home for the world famous Hard Rock Café; one of the area’s most popular Italian restaurants; a sports department store, a theatre and Café Concierto. The announcement that the Hard Rock now operates here firmly restates this global location. To add to this, 2021 will also see this building becomes Assembly Piccadilly, our flagship Assembly Hotel with nearly 500 rooms, as well as the bars and restaurants all inspired by energy of our city.
